This is my 'Now Page' — inspired by Derek Sivers, and updated whenever life or work shifts meaningfully. It’s not a bio. Not a CV. Not a five-year plan. It’s simply a snapshot of what I’m building, exploring, and thinking about — right now.

Now — Summer 2025

Right now, I’m building systems, tools, and interfaces for a future where AI agents work alongside humans.

Here's what I'm focused on:

Agent Infrastructure

  1. Building Agents & Agent Builders — In my core business, I'm designing agentic workflows and deploying semi-autonomous agents to handle real operational tasks. Nights and weekends, I'm prototyping a platform that lets anyone create knowledgeable agents using natural language and more intuitive workflows — eliminating the need for coding skills or complex AI concepts like RAG.
  2. Prompt Management Systems — Much of our work at Stellar requires prompt writing and engineering. As we scale, prompt management has become mission-critical. I'm developing a system to manage prompts like modular software — versioned, tested, and composable — so AI teams can iterate faster and deploy more reliably.
  3. Structuring Expert Knowledge — While LLMs give us access to information at near-zero marginal cost, we still rely on professionals for their unique insights and specialized expertise. Our biggest technical challenge is transforming unstructured human knowledge — scattered across messy documents — into structured knowledge bases that agents can reason with, not just search through.

Future Interfaces & AI Identity

  1. Future Interface R&D — As workflows shift from human-only to human-AI collaboration, I'm rethinking what the next generation of web interfaces should look like and how they should function in this new paradigm.
  2. Building My AI Clone — Through my LinkedIn newsletter, Indistinguishable AI, I'm exploring what it means to create an AI clone of myself — one that can think, write, and speak in my voice. It's part technical experiment, part existential inquiry.

Business Strategy & Operations

  1. Roll-up Strategy — I'm exploring the viability of acquiring and consolidating multiple corporate services firms at scale — creating a unified platform that's more efficient and AI-augmented than fragmented competitors.
  2. Core Business — Together with my team at Stellar, we continue to help founders streamline back-office operations and scale without the bloat. We handle formation, compliance, bookkeeping, payroll, and more — acting as a single point of contact for operational excellence.
